Gas Nitriding Service is a low-temperature thermochemical surface hardening outsourcing treatment for ferrous metals (alloy steel, tool steel, ductile iron, stainless steel). The main demand driver is the need for high surface hardness with low distortion. Unlike carburizing or conventional hardening, gas nitriding normally does not require quenching, which helps minimize deformation and makes it suitable for precision-machined parts with tight tolerances.
