This full-service covers pre-treatment cleaning, fixture loading, atmosphere control, staged high-temperature holding, controlled cooling, post-process inspection, and technical testing reports. The core goals are to drastically raise surface hardness, boost wear resistance, fatigue strength and corrosion resistance, with minimal workpiece dimensional distortion compared to quenching hardening.
