It is widely used in milling, drilling, turning, sawing, grinding, forming, and automated machining operations.The upstream segment supplies lubricant oils, biodegradable esters, reservoirs, precision pumps, pneumatic regulators, solenoid valves, mixing chambers, sensors, hoses, fittings, nozzles, filters, controllers, and electronic components. Midstream manufacturers design external and through-tool delivery systems, integrate air–oil mixing and metering modules, develop monitoring software, assemble complete units, and conduct flow-rate, pressure, atomization, reliability, and safety testing. Downstream customers include machine-tool manufacturers, automotive suppliers, aerospace producers, metalworking plants, electronics factories, mold makers, sawmills, and precision-machining workshops. Supporting services cover system selection, installation, parameter setting, machine integration, lubricant matching, operator training, maintenance, nozzle replacement, spare-parts supply, and process optimization.The gross profit margin of major companies in the industry ranged from 30% to 45%.
