Cured-in-Place Pipe (CIPP) Lining is a flexible tubular renovation material designed exclusively for trenchless pipeline renewal projects. It is manufactured with high-strength fiber base materials and saturated with special thermosetting resin mixtures in advance. This soft liner can be smoothly dragged or inverted into aging, cracked or leaking underground pipelines, closely fitting the inner wall of original pipes. After adopting ultraviolet light, hot water or steam curing treatment, the liner will undergo stable chemical crosslinking reaction and harden into a rigid integrated new pipe body, which effectively restores structural bearing capacity, anti-leakage performance and smooth conveying function of damaged pipelines without destructive ground excavation.
