The global supply structure is layered rather than homogeneous. The competitive frontier is moving from threshold-based alerts toward predictive tire intervention. Early systems primarily reported pressure and temperature exceptions. More advanced products combine those readings with mileage, vehicle load, route conditions, tread measurements and maintenance history. The next stage will use virtual sensors, machine vision, digital tire models and AI-based remaining-life estimates to recommend when a tire should be rotated, repaired, retreaded or retired. Platforms that remain hardware-neutral, integrate with major fleet systems and close the loop between detection and service execution are likely to capture the highest recurring value. Conversely, suppliers that rely solely on sensor hardware or standalone inspection tools will face increasing pressure from embedded vehicle systems, integrated fleet platforms and tire-manufacturer service ecosystems.
