Production generally involves grid casting or stamping, paste preparation, plate pasting, curing, plate assembly, cell welding, container sealing, electrolyte filling, formation charging, performance testing, and quality inspection. Downstream customers include passenger-car manufacturers, commercial-vehicle manufacturers, motorcycle and special-vehicle producers, automotive component distributors, repair workshops, battery retailers, fleet operators, logistics companies, public-transport operators, and individual vehicle owners. Products are supplied through both original-equipment and replacement channels, with vehicle manufacturers emphasizing product consistency, compact design, durability, and system compatibility, while aftermarket users place greater importance on availability, price, starting reliability, warranty coverage, and compatibility with different vehicle models.
