Additionally, organoaluminum co-catalysts (e.g., triethylaluminum, diethylaluminum chloride, triisobutylaluminum) and electron donors (e.g., phthalates, diethers, succinates, silanes) are required. In the midstream stage, solid main catalysts are manufactured through processes including support activation, titanium loading, electron donor complexation, washing, and drying or slurrying; these are supplied alongside co-catalysts and external electron donors. Downstream applications primarily involve manufacturers of polypropylene, polyethylene, and ethylene-propylene rubber. The catalysts are utilized in bulk, slurry, gas-phase, or solution-phase processes to produce films, fibers, injection-molded parts, pipes, automotive materials, and rubber products.
