White high-reflectance solder mask ink is a white functional ink used for the solder mask layer of printed circuit boards. It mainly uses high-reflectance fillers such as titanium dioxide, photosensitive resin/epoxy resin, and curing systems to form a permanent coating that provides insulation protection, solder masking, oxidation prevention, and enhanced light reflection.
