Midstream enterprises formulate, concentrate, filter, and package these products based on factors such as the type of oil contamination, metal substrate, and cleaning equipment; key quality control parameters include the pH of the working solution, foaming characteristics, demulsification properties, residue levels, rust-prevention performance, and bath life. Downstream applications primarily span sectors such as automotive parts, mechanical machining, home appliances, aerospace, rail transportation, and metal surface treatment; these degreasers are typically used in conjunction with spray washers, immersion tanks, ultrasonic equipment, as well as rinsing, drying, and wastewater treatment systems.
