The upstream supply chain mainly includes valve-body materials such as 316L stainless steel, nickel-based alloy, and brass; sealing components such as metal diaphragms, packing, and O-rings; and precision components including valve stems, valve seats, actuators, and cylinder connections. Material purity, internal surface roughness, cleaning grade, and leakage control directly affect product performance. Downstream applications primarily include semiconductor manufacturing, photovoltaic manufacturing, electronic specialty gas production, and other high-purity gas systems. Cylinder manufacturers, specialty gas companies, valve manufacturers, and end users jointly conduct connection compatibility verification, gas compatibility assessment, leak testing, and cleanliness qualification.
