For lysing and removing nucleated red blood cells, such as red blood cells of birds or poultry, the effect is not good, and it is not recommended to use when lysing similar cells. The lysate is sterilized by filtration, and the blood or tissue cell samples treated with Tris-NH4ClLysisBuffer can be used for subsequent cell culture, cell fusion, nucleic acid or protein extraction, and various routine analysis and detection.
