The first is the cabinet and compartment layer, including insulated enclosures, doors, sealing systems, thermal insulation, compartment sizes and condensate-management structures. The second is the thermal-management layer, including compressors, evaporators, airflow systems, heaters, defrosting modules, refrigeration controllers and backup-power provisions. The third is the smart-hardware layer, including electronic locks, QR scanners, touchscreens, cameras, temperature and humidity sensors, communication modules, alarms and identity-authentication devices. Existing commercial implementations cover grocery pickup, corporate catering, office delivery and smart-building environments.
