Refrigerant Grade Propane is an organic compound with the chemical formula CH3CH2CH3. This colorless, odorless gas is slightly soluble in water, but soluble in ethanol and ether. It has stable chemical properties and is not prone to chemical reactions, so it has excellent thermal properties and is cheap. In addition, Refrigerant Grade Propane has good compatibility with ordinary lubricants and mechanical structural materials. The ODP is 0 and the GWP is very small. It does not require synthesis and will not change the content of natural hydrocarbons. It has no direct impact on the greenhouse effect.
