Pultrusion machines are specialized equipment used in the pultrusion process, which is a continuous manufacturing method for producing composite profiles, rods, tubes, and other structural components. These machines are designed to efficiently pull and shape fiber reinforcements impregnated with resin through a heated die, resulting in a fully cured composite product with high structural integrity and mechanical properties. Pultrusion is a special plastic processing method known as fiber-reinforced plastic composite (FRP) manufacturing technology, which is mainly used to produce continuous fiber-reinforced thermoplastic and thermoset plastic products. In this process, continuous fibers (such as glass fiber, carbon fiber, etc.) are impregnated with resin (thermoplastic or thermoset resin) and then solidified in a heated mold to form a composite material with a uniform fiber distribution.
