Single-line production capacity is approximately 3000-7000 tons per year, with an average gross profit margin of 10-20%. Polypropylene crack-resistant fiber is a bundle of monofilament organic fibers made from high-strength polypropylene. Through surface modification treatment, it is added to cement mortar and concrete to form a three-dimensional network structure, effectively inhibiting and preventing micro-cracks caused by plastic shrinkage, temperature changes, and other factors. This significantly improves the crack resistance, impermeability, impact resistance, freeze-thaw resistance, and wear resistance of concrete. It is an ideal secondary reinforcement material for concrete, widely used in underground engineering waterproofing, building walls, roads and bridges, tunnels, and other fields.
The upstream of polypropylene crack-resistant fibers is mainly the petrochemical industry, with polypropylene as the core raw material. Polypropylene is polymerized from propylene monomers, which are mainly by-products of petroleum refining or natural gas processing. Downstream applications are extensive, mainly including construction engineering (such as concrete pavements, industrial floors, prefabricated components, wall mortar), water conservancy projects (dams, canals), transportation infrastructure (tunnels, bridges, airport runways), and municipal engineering (pipe corridors, water tanks), used to improve the crack resistance, toughness, and durability of cement-based materials.
