Opaque polymer is a highly efficient, voided latex product that improves hiding and whiteness in paints and coatings, and functions as a partial replacement for titanium dioxide (TiO2).
Now formulators can use Opaque Polymer to replace TiO2 and lower raw material costs in solventborne alkyd architectural paints. It also works in waterborne paints, providing the convenience of a single product for multiple paint lines.
