The upstream of the industry mainly includes mineral rights acquisition, geological exploration, mining equipment, blasting materials, diesel and electricity, tires and wear-resistant parts, mineral processing reagents, port logistics, and environmental protection services; the midstream includes mining, crushing, screening, mineral processing, and ore transportation; the downstream connects to nickel pig iron (NPI), pyrometallurgical smelting, hydrometallurgical HPAL, nickel matte/high-grade nickel matte, refined nickel, nickel sulfate, and further stainless steel, power battery materials, and high-performance alloy manufacturing. Gross profit margins range from approximately 10% to 25%.
