These alloys can stably introduce aluminum, molybdenum, and chromium into the matrix material during the smelting process. Aluminum helps reduce density, improve oxidation resistance, and form strengthening phases; molybdenum improves the material's high-temperature strength, corrosion resistance, and creep resistance; and chromium enhances oxidation resistance, heat resistance, and corrosion resistance. Therefore, MAC-chromium alloys are widely used in aerospace, military, energy equipment, chemical equipment, gas turbines, and high-end titanium alloy manufacturing, and are important alloying additives for preparing high-temperature, high-strength, and corrosion-resistant alloy materials.
