Liquid Crystal Polymer (LCP) is a new type of polymer material. Liquid crystal polymer is an intermediate phase polymer between crystal and liquid. After being heated and melted or dissolved by a solvent, it will change from rigid fixation to a fluid liquid substance while maintaining the orientation of the crystalline substance. Order, thereby forming a liquid crystal state that has both liquid fluidity and orderly arrangement of crystalline molecules. From the perspective of molecular structure, LCP has a rigid rod-shaped molecular chain structure. The molecular chains can be arranged in a high degree of orientation, the structure is tightly packed, and the force between macromolecules is relatively large. Therefore, compared with other organic polymer materials, LCP exhibits excellent properties such as high temperature resistance, high strength mechanical properties, superior electrical properties and processing properties.
