It is characterized by small spot, narrow heat affected zone, small deformation, high positioning accuracy, suitable for welding thin wires, miniature terminals, sensors, medical equipment, electronic components and dissimilar metal small pieces. Compared with traditional resistance welding and TIG welding, laser micro-welding is more suitable for scenes with higher requirements on weld size, consistency and appearance. It can not only realize spot welding and seam welding, but also be used for high-precision automatic batch production.
