InGaAs cameras are made of indium, gallium, and arsenic. These cameras are applicable in the field of defense, military, aerospace, telecommunications, industrial inspection, and spectroscopy. InGaAs cameras can be used for many IR applications, such as laser beam measurement, IR reflectography, PV evaluation, and Si wafer inspection. InGaAs camera technology is also used in food sorting and waste recycling.
