The midstream process involves purification, surface hydroxylation modification, washing, drying, classification, and dispersion treatment to produce powder products, which can be further processed into dispersions. Downstream applications mainly include polymer composite materials, coating and ink materials, energy storage electrode materials, and adsorption and separation materials. Product value is mainly concentrated in hydroxyl content control, structural integrity retention, dispersion stability, and batch-to-batch consistency.
