High temperature vacuum atmosphere furnace is a new type of heat treatment equipment that combines vacuum technology with heat treatment technology. High temperature vacuum atmosphere furnace works in an atmosphere below one atmosphere, including low vacuum, medium vacuum, high vacuum and ultra-high vacuum environment. In these environments, the equipment can perform heat treatment operations such as heating and sintering on objects. By vacuuming, the adverse effects of harmful components in the atmosphere on the product can be reduced, oxidation, decarburization, carburization and other problems can be avoided, and the wettability of the liquid to the solid phase can be improved. High temperature vacuum atmosphere furnace can remove oxygen in the furnace, so as to control the reaction atmosphere, such as reducing oxidation and preventing oxidation of the material surface. The equipment can provide a high temperature environment with a temperature of more than 2000°C, so it is suitable for a variety of material preparation processes such as high temperature melting, crystal growth, and heat treatment.
