Its core consists of a high-temperature resistant furnace (ceramic fiber or refractory brick), a resistance heating element (silicon molybdenum rod/silicon carbon rod), an atmosphere control system (gas injection/circulation/discharge device) and a temperature control module, supporting static or batch processing mode. By precisely controlling the atmosphere composition, temperature curve (such as heating/insulation/cooling) and pressure, material sintering, annealing, carburizing/nitriding, oxidation protection, chemical vapor deposition (CVD) and other processes are achieved to avoid performance degradation of materials due to oxidation or contamination during high-temperature treatment.
