The upstream segment consists of basic chemical raw materials, with core raw materials including alkylphenols, alkaline calcium sources (such as calcium oxide or calcium hydroxide), vulcanizing agents, and mineral or synthetic oils used as diluent oils. It possesses excellent high-temperature detergency, strong acid neutralization capabilities, and anti-oxidation and anti-corrosion properties, significantly controlling carbon deposits on piston rings. It is mainly used in marine cylinder oils and medium-to-high-grade internal combustion engine oils.Global sales are projected to reach 65,000 tons in 2025, with an average selling price of US$4,330 per ton. The gross profit margin is approximately 28%.
