On average, each ton of product consumes approximately 400 kg of alumina, 300 kg of silica, and 1 kg of zirconium oxide. 00kg, phosphate 120kg, additives 80kg; downstream mainly supplies refractory material plants, steel and non-ferrous metallurgy, electronic ceramics, automotive and aerospace enterprises, of which metallurgy and industrial furnaces account for 40%, electronic ceramics and power account for 25%, automotive exhaust and new energy account for 20%, and aerospace and others account for 15%; global total capacity is about 220,000 tons/year, and the industry gross profit margin is about 30%-40%; the future way out lies in upgrading to ultra-high temperature (>1600℃), fast curing, low volatility and composite reinforcement; demand and business opportunities come from high-temperature industrial energy-saving transformation, new energy equipment, semiconductors and domestic substitution of high-end ceramics, driving the continuous increase in the volume of high-performance heat-resistant ceramic adhesives.
