Gallium Oxide Wafer Substrate is a semiconductor single crystal made of β-gallium oxide (β-Ga2O3) material. β-Gallium oxide is a direct bandgap wide bandgap oxide semiconductor with a bandgap width of about 4.9 eV and excellent electrical properties, such as high breakdown electric field strength (8 MV/cm) and high ultraviolet transmittance. This makes β-gallium oxide single crystals have important applications in high power, high voltage resistance, ultraviolet detectors and other fields. Compared with traditional materials such as Si, SiC and GaN, β-gallium oxide exhibits lower losses when manufacturing ultra-high power components and has stronger voltage resistance. It is one of the key materials for future high-end devices such as high power, high frequency, and high temperature.
