The fully automatic vacuum molybdenum ribbon furnace is a high-temperature vacuum heating equipment. The fully automatic vacuum molybdenum ribbon furnace performs high-temperature treatment or other process treatment operations by heating objects in the vacuum chamber. It uses molybdenum ribbon as a heating element to heat the material under vacuum or protective atmosphere conditions. During the heating process, high-temperature treatment can be performed by thermal radiation, convection, or radiation and convection composite heating, thereby realizing material processing and preparation. The furnace body of the fully automatic vacuum molybdenum ribbon furnace is usually composed of a double-layer water-cooled structure, including a furnace cover, a furnace body and a furnace bottom to ensure that the furnace shell temperature does not exceed a certain range, usually not exceeding 50°C.
