A forced stirring mixer is a mechanical device that uses a stirring blade or a stirring paddle to rotate in a mixing drum or on a stirring shaft to forcefully stir the material to achieve a uniform mixing state. It is suitable for multiple industries such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, food, feed, fuel, electronics, etc. to mix powders, agglomerates, or two or more powders, as well as materials containing a certain amount of water. The working principle of a forced stirring mixer is based on the rotation of the stirring blade or stirring paddle. When the motor drives the stirring shaft to rotate, the stirring blade or stirring paddle will rotate accordingly, thereby stirring the material. This forced stirring method can ensure that the material is fully mixed in the mixing drum, thereby achieving the desired mixing effect. A forced stirring mixer is usually composed of a mixing drum, a stirring shaft, a stirring blade (or stirring paddle), a motor, a reducer and other components. Among them, the mixing drum is the main place for mixing materials, and the stirring shaft and stirring blades are the key components for realizing the stirring function. In addition, some forced stirring mixers are also equipped with auxiliary components such as cleaning scrapers to better achieve material mixing and discharging.
