Due to limited supply, ECMO membrane materials remain very expensive. 3M primarily supplies four types of ECMO membrane materials: Oxyphan capillary membranes, oxide membranes, Hexpet heat exchange capillary membranes, and Oxyplus capillary membranes. Oxyphan membranes are made of PP, while Oxyplus is made of PMP.
