The midstream segment focuses on reactor chamber design, microwave field coupling, plasma stability control, vacuum system integration, gas flow regulation, thermal field management, substrate holder design, diamond deposition recipe development, equipment automation, deposition uniformity testing, and long-term reliability verification, which together determine reaction stability, growth rate, crystal quality, chamber consistency, and equipment cost competitiveness. The downstream is mainly used in jewelry and semiconductor thermal management materials, with representative customer companies including Element Six, Diamond Foundry, and Coherent.
Diamond CVD Reactor will be shaped by the gradual shift of synthetic diamond demand from jewelry production to higher-value functional materials.
