ATP standards, buffer salts, swabs, or microplates and other consumables account for 15%–20% combined, with ATP standards requiring extremely high purity and stability, costing over a thousand yuan even in small quantities. The remaining 5%–10% covers cold chain transportation, dry and light-proof packaging, and quality control (including luminescence analyzer calibration and batch parallel testing). The overall structure is rigid, and economies of scale have limited impact on cost reduction.
