Production requires antigen design and preparation, animal immunization or recombinant sequence construction, hybridoma screening or cell expression, purification, conjugation, stability testing, and specificity validation. Its working principle is antigen-antibody specific binding, enabling capture, visualization, localization, or quantification of hemagglutinin in samples. It is used in neutralization studies, vaccine potency evaluation, viral entry research, diagnostic raw material screening, and related influenza research workflows.
Continuous influenza virus evolution, seasonal vaccine updates, zoonotic influenza surveillance, and demand for multiplex respiratory pathogen testing form the main growth base for this product. Hemagglutinin is one of the most important surface antigens in influenza infection, immune protection, and antibody evaluation.
