AI server vapor chambers are widely used in AI training servers, AI inference servers, GPU modules, high speed networking switches and data center thermal management systems. Compared with consumer electronics vapor chambers, AI server vapor chambers generally feature larger form factors, higher flatness tolerance, stronger vacuum reliability, longer thermal cycling life and stricter data center grade stability requirements.
