The key technical focus is to reduce pressure drop, improve local heat transfer capability and enhance temperature uniformity through tree-branch distribution, array distribution, zone supply, short-loop jet flow and other structures, making it suitable for high-power-density cooling scenarios that are difficult for traditional cold plate to address.
Its upstream mainly includes high-thermal-conductivity metal material, precision-machined substrate, sealing material, microfabrication equipment, 3D printing equipment, diffusion bonding and brazing process equipment, as well as simulation design, fluid-structure optimization and reliability testing service. Copper, aluminum, stainless steel and other materials determine the basic thermal conductivity and pressure resistance, while microchannel machining, metal additive manufacturing, diffusion bonding and laminated brazing determine whether complex internal flow channel can be formed stably. Downstream, it is mainly used in local cooling of high-heat-flux equipment such as AI server, data center and new energy power electronics, and usually works as a core heat exchange component in liquid cooling system together with pump, CDU, pipeline, quick connector, coolant and control unit.
