Quantitative Polymerase Chain Reaction (qPCR) reagent is a solution or mixture that is used in qPCR technique to amplify and quantitate Deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) sequences in a sample. It also called as Real-time Polymerase Chain Reaction reagent.
