YAP crystal belongs to the orthorhombic system (orthorhombic system) and has a distorted perovskite structure. The lattice constants are a=5.176Å, b=5.307Å, and c=7.355Å. Its structural anisotropy is significant, and the crystal performance of different axes is significantly different. For example, C-axis crystals are suitable for pulsed laser applications, while b-axis crystals are suitable for continuous laser scenes. YAP crystal density reaches 4.88g/cm³, melting point 1870℃, high thermal conductivity and excellent thermal stability, dielectric constant range 16-20, thermal expansion coefficient 2-10×10⁻⁶/K. It has high mechanical strength, acid and alkali corrosion resistance, stable chemical properties, and can adapt to extreme working environments.
