Warm heading machines combine the advantages of both hot and cold working processes. They utilize the increased plasticity and reduced deformation resistance of metals after heating, while precisely controlling the temperature to avoid problems such as oxidation and grain coarsening caused by overheating. They are suitable for processing small to medium-sized metal parts with complex shapes and certain precision and performance requirements, and are widely used, especially in fasteners and mechanical components.
