The demand for thermal shock testing continues to evolve from "sampling verification" to "a rapid iteration tool in the R&D stage." In consumer electronics, automotive electronics, communications, and industrial control, miniaturization and highly integrated packaging (BGA/QFN, SiP, advanced packaging, etc.) bring higher risks of thermal stress and interface failure, prompting companies to use thermal shock earlier and more frequently to screen material systems, packaging structures, soldering processes, and adhesive solutions.
