    The ternary precursor disc dryer is an efficient conduction-type continuous drying equipment specially used for drying ternary precursor materials. The ternary precursor disc dryer adopts a disc drying structure. Each layer of the drying disc can heat or cool the material separately through the hot medium or cold medium, and the material temperature control is accurate and easy. The equipment uses conduction heat for drying, with high thermal efficiency and low energy consumption. Energy consumption can be reduced by accurately adjusting the residence time and flow direction of the material and optimizing the inlet and outlet settings of the heating medium. The drying disc is arranged in layers and installed vertically, so that the equipment occupies a relatively small area while maintaining a large drying area. The equipment has a simple configuration, convenient operation and control, and a good operating environment.
    The working principle of the ternary precursor disc dryer is as follows: the wet material is continuously added to the drying disc on the upper part of the dryer from the feeder, and the rake arm with rakes makes a rotary motion, so that the rakes continuously flip the material. The material flows along the exponential spiral line over the surface of the drying plate. The material on the small drying plate is moved to the outer edge and falls from the outer edge to the outer edge of the large drying plate below; the material on the large drying plate moves inward and falls from the middle drop port into the small drying plate of the next layer. The large and small drying plates are arranged alternately up and down, so that the material can flow continuously through the entire dryer. The heating medium (such as saturated steam, hot water and heat transfer oil, etc.) is passed into the hollow drying plate. The heating medium enters from one end of the drying plate and is discharged from the other end. The dried material falls from the last layer of drying plate to the bottom layer of the shell and is moved by rakes to the discharge port for discharge. The moisture escapes from the material and is discharged from the moisture discharge port on the top cover (the moisture of the vacuum type plate dryer is discharged from the vacuum pump port on the top cover).
