Typical products include polyethylene glycol dimethyl ether, diethylene glycol dimethyl ether, triethylene glycol dimethyl ether, tetraethylene glycol dimethyl ether, diethylene glycol diethyl ether, diethylene glycol dibutyl ether, and certain polyether dialkyl ether products. Its key characteristics are that both chain ends no longer retain ordinary hydroxyl groups, and the terminal groups do not contain carbon-carbon double bonds such as allyl, methallyl, or vinyl groups, resulting in low hydroxyl value, low reactivity, and good chemical stability.
    Saturated Double End-Capped Polyether is mainly used in gas purification solvents, electrolyte solvents, industrial cleaning agents, coating additives, and other fields. Among them, polyethylene glycol dimethyl ether products can be used in acid gas absorption and purification systems; low-molecular-weight ethylene glycol diether and diethylene glycol diether products can be used in electrolytes, fine chemical solvents, and industrial cleaning; higher-molecular-weight double end-capped polyethers are more commonly used to provide lubrication, low-foaming performance, leveling performance, and formulation compatibility adjustment.
