The equipment removes or immobilizes acidic gases, basic gases, volatile organic compounds, odors, corrosive gases, and trace airborne molecular contaminants through adsorption, oxidation, neutralization, or chemisorption. It is used in semiconductor cleanrooms, precision electronics manufacturing, laboratories, chemical storage cabinets, data centers, pharmaceutical facilities, and materials research environments to reduce gaseous contamination while saving conditioned air and protecting people, products, instruments, and process stability.
    The market opportunities for recirculating chemical filtration equipment are mainly driven by three changes. First, advanced manufacturing is becoming much more sensitive to trace gaseous contaminants.
