The process of suspension polymerization is as follows: first, part of the VCM (5%) is mechanically homogenized into a stable emulsion with a particle size of about 1.0 × m, and then polymerized (oil-soluble initiator must be selected). The PVC paste resin produced by this method has good fluidity, less emulsifier, better thermal stability and water resistance.
