Major battery manufacturers then supply finished cells and battery systems to downstream sectors such as consumer electronics, automotive, industrial equipment, renewable energy storage, aerospace, telecommunications, and healthcare industries, while recycling companies recover nickel and other metals from spent batteries to support circular material reuse and reduce raw material dependence.
