They can be equipped with bag filters, water mist dust suppression systems, and sealing baffles to reduce dust emissions. Common volumes are approximately 20-150 m³, and unloading capacities are approximately 300-3200 t/h. The upstream raw materials mainly include structural steel (Q345 steel plate), hydraulic systems, motors, electrical control systems, dust collector filter bags, and wear-resistant liners. Downstream suppliers are primarily port bulk cargo terminals, mining companies, cement plants, grain ports, and coal logistics companies.
