The product consists of a stainless steel or powder-coated steel enclosure, inlet shut-off valves (for air and water), air pressure reducing valves, oil-water separators, air filters, pressure gauges, silencers, water purification cartridges or ultrafiltration modules, breathing masks, drinking water hoses, and distribution manifolds. It is primarily deployed at coal mining faces, tunneling faces, blind headings, shaft-bottom stations, transport and return-air roadways, pump rooms, substations, blasting evacuation assembly points, and permanent or temporary refuge chambers; it serves both to provide short-term respiratory and hydration support during the initial stages of a disaster and as a continuous life-support node while awaiting rescue. The upstream supply chain includes stainless steel and carbon steel plates, copper and brass valve components, pressure reducing valves, pressure gauges, oil-water separators, air filter elements, PP cotton, activated carbon, ultrafiltration membranes, silicone masks, food-grade drinking water hoses, seals, and fasteners. The midstream sector encompasses enclosure sheet metal welding, air and water circuit design, assembly of valve groups and filtration components, commissioning of air supply pressure and flow, testing of water supply pressure and quality, airtightness and watertightness testing, and acquisition of mining safety certifications. Downstream customers include coal mines and underground metal mines.
