    The micro piezoelectric pump is a new type of micro pump that uses the inverse piezoelectric effect of piezoelectric ceramics to achieve fluid drive. It does not require a traditional motor drive, but applies voltage to the piezoelectric ceramic to cause it to deform slightly, thereby driving the fluid through the pump chamber. The micro piezoelectric pump consists of a piezoelectric vibrator, a pump valve and a pump body.
