When an electric current passes through the ITO film, Joule heating is generated, enabling continuous and uniform surface heating. The product features high light transmittance, even heat distribution, rapid thermal response, minimal visible heating traces, and precise temperature control. It can provide anti-fogging, defrosting, de-icing, temperature maintenance, and low-temperature protection while preserving visibility, display performance, or daylight transmission.
    The upstream segment mainly includes soda-lime glass, borosilicate glass, quartz glass, indium oxide, tin oxide, ITO targets, silver paste, copper foil, electrode materials, insulating coatings, interlayer films, and sealing materials. Midstream production processes include glass cutting, edge grinding, strengthening, ITO coating, electrode fabrication, laminated or insulated-glass assembly, lead-wire connection, and performance testing. Downstream applications primarily cover the automotive, construction, aerospace, rail transit, optical instrument, industrial equipment, and medical equipment sectors.
