The global nominal capacity of industrial-grade bio-based succinic acid was conservatively estimated at about 86,000 tonnes in 2025, with actual sales volume of about 56,800 tonnes, an average selling price of around USD 2,120 per tonne, and an industry gross margin generally ranging from 17% to 28%.
    The industrial-grade bio-based succinic acid market remains in a phase of commercial revalidation and structural recovery.
