The upstream of EV thick film paste includes silver, palladium, platinum, gold, copper, nickel and other metal powders, ruthenium-based resistive phases, glass frits, inorganic oxides, resins, and organic solvents. The midstream centers on formulation, dispersion, rheology control, printability tuning, and firing compatibility. The downstream includes thick-film resistors, ceramic sensor circuits, hybrid ICs, power-electronics ceramic substrates, LED ceramic substrates, and thick-film heaters.
